My Top 3 Manifestations Techniques That Have Given Me Results

Box of dreams and desires:

This is an extension of the vision board method. The vision board is about placing pictures of your future goals and desires on a board and every time you look at it, it creates a mental image that creates excitement and raises your vibration and creates an emotion of happiness or excitement.

The gift box method invokes a similar sense of emotions, but in this case, we’re writing down the emotion we’d like our future self to feel.

Imagine your ideal life

Write down the feelings associated to this. How do you want to feel living this life? Inspired, healthy, happy, connected, abundant and so forth. Cut these up and fold them and place into the box.

Write ‘My Ideal Life’ on the box.

Whenever you feel called to, open the box and take out each piece of paper, read the feeling and feel the vibration of the feeling it ignites in you. When you’ve read and felt all of them, put them back into the box and hold the box in your hands and close your eyes. Imagine a white light coming from above and infusing the box in your hands with universal energy. Feel the energy. Set the intention that your ideal life is manifesting. Clear your mind and allow release the feelings. Trust it is taking effect for your highest good.

Your world will slowly transform as the energy of your desired feelings is magnetised into your 3D world and brings you into alignment with it.

33×3 method

Think about what you’d like to manifest and write it down in one sentence. Is it a new job, better health, happiness, etc. An example could be, “I am grateful and happy that I’ve found my dream house.” I like to add gratitude in the sentence and keep it in present tense with positive undertones. By doing so, you’re telling the universe that it’s already happening.

The idea of the 333 method is to write this sentence down in your journal or a notebook 33 times each day for 3 days in a row. I like doing mine during a full moon for that vibrational intensity that the full moon period brings, the letting go and allowing for better things to enter. The key is repetition and feeling. Writing it down reinforces the energy within the desire to sink into your subconscious. Then visualising yourself in your desired outcome and believing and feeling the emotions associated with living this dream, as if it’s happening right now. You’re resonating at the frequency of your desires, and this will align and manifest it into reality for you.

After completing the 3 days of writing, release any attachments you have to the outcome. Trust that the universe is doing its job to bring this desire into your reality in divine timing. Stay open to the signs and synchronicities.

The 33×3 method gives a structured way in which to co-create with the universe.

Visualisation Guided Meditation

There are many guided meditation apps or online for you to choose. The hardest part is keeping consistency with it. Try to make it a practice before you sleep every night. 10 minutes is a good start. Alternate the days with relaxation and unwind meditations to help your body get better at relaxing and allowing this to flow with ease. This will also help you reach higher vibrations (open to manifesting positive outcomes and situations) and out of the lower vibrations (worry and negative thoughts).

To get you started with meditation, it’s important to find the right setting. I like to draw all the blinds closed to create darkness and sit crossed-legged on my bed. Or sit with my feet on the ground on an armchair. Find a spot that brings you peace and is comfortable and you can’t be disturbed.

Find a short meditation you want to give a go. But the time limit is totally up to you.

Before I startany meditation,I like to ground myself. Place your feet on the ground and imagine roots coming out of them and into Mother Earth. You can release any tension and stress from the day youre holding by imagining a white light from the universe beaming down through the top of your head and filling you as it travels down while pushing the negativity down as it goes into Mother Earth. Mother Earth has the ability to absorb any negativity you wish to dispel and transmute into love and light energy. Imagine the white light like a pillar through you, filling every cell and blasting out and clearing and cleansing your aura, the Earth and the universe until you just resonate white, pure, universal light.

Once you’ve finished the meditation, remember to release your visualisations to the Universe with something like, “I release this to the universe and trust that it’s happening in divine timing for me and for my highest good and the good of everyone around me.”
